We had fabulous floors Columbus recommended to us by a friend and they did a fantastic job. Nearly our entire house was wood flooring and they completed the job in 3 days. The floors look great, the crew was easy to work with, and they didn’t leave any big messes behind. Would definitely recommend.

Martin texted to let me know he would be later than the time I was scheduled. Once he arrived, he got right to work. The resurfacing (screening and one coat of oil-based poly) took two hours. We’re still airing out but the floors look great and I’m happy that they’re protected for another 20 years. He was able to fix a puddle left by the last contractor to seal the floors. Hooray!

Fabulous Floors did an incredible job staining and refinishing our floors! The floors looked so great after the sanding we almost left them natural but once we saw the stain on it, they looked even better which we didn’t think was possible! Matt and his team did a great job on our floors. We were able to schedule them on short notice after being delayed/rescheduled multiple times by another flooring company. They showed up on time and finished the project in 3 days. The floors look fantastic and the final bill was about 20% less than our quote from the other company. Our only criticism would be the poor cleanup by the workers (thin layer of dust covering the walls, countertops, appliances), but I guess that is to be expected for this type of project. We will definitely use Fabulous Floors Columbus for any future hardwood flooring projects!

Fabulous Floors Columbus saved my floors and made me love my home. I had spent 7 months looking into different flooring options and gathering quotes. The estimates were all out of my price range and I had given up for a while. I had decided on refinishing the original hardwood floors after I pulled up all of the carpet and found this company. I spoke with Matt on the phone and he was responsive and helpful. They were able to start the job 3 days after our call and the majority of the project was done in 2-3 days. I didn’t even have a stain picked out yet so his crew prepped an area in my living room and put down the samples I had picked out. I made my decision and then they immediately got to work. The crew worked in my house on their own while I was at work each day. They proved to be trustworthy. No issues while I was away and they left the house exactly as I had requested each day. This project was done nearly 6 months ago and I’m still in love with my floors. I have yet to find any imperfections and the floors are holding up great even with a large dog in the house. I absolutely recommend this company for refinishing hardwood floors. The work and customer service was top-notch and the pricing couldn’t be beat.

Great Price and Results. First Matt, the coordinator answered the phone on a Saturday to get us on the schedule. Then, the guys arrived within the projected time frame and began working immediately. They removed all of the scratches, including a very deep one recently added by the Lowes refrigerator delivery crew. The end result was exactly the finish we requested. We are extremely satisfied customers of Fabulous Floors.

I had a 5 year old floor resurfaced and it looks amazing. There was a lot of damage–painters had spattered paint onto the floor and gone at it with magic erasers, toddlers drug things across the floor and gouged it, hot grease off the stove had burned the floor, and some high traffic areas had the polyurethane finish completely worn off. You can only barely tell where the floor had been burned or gouged, and all of the other damage is gone.

This was all done in one day, and the workmanship is great. I went around the edges on my hands and knees and couldn’t find a single drip or missed spot. Just two warnings:

First, it does take a day to set up, so probably plan to have them do the work while you’re on vacation.
Second, it does have a “new floor” smell. I like it, but I have family members who are sensitive to odors and if that’s you, you should consider having the work done during the summer when you can leave some windows open for a while.

Tony and Matt are amazing guys! Matt made it so easy to get an estimate, schedule our day and plan according to our schedule. We highly recommend Tony who made our floors look FABULOUS after all the work of sanding, giving us samples of stain colors in our home, perfectly sealing off the rest of the first floor and now we have a masterpiece!
